What we collect
Through the « Pilot » and « Contact » forms: your name, e-mail address, phone number, the way you prefer to be contacted, your message and, for the pilot, your salon’s name, trade, country and current website.
Through the « Get started » form: the same, with the salon’s city, the plan and the options chosen.
Through your dossier, if you fill it in: what you add (texts, services, hours, networks, colours), your logo and photos, and the time zone of your device, to set your salon’s hours.
Audience measurement: this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure how fast pages load (page viewed, the site you came from, device and browser type, country, loading times). It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device; according to Cloudflare, IP addresses are not kept and no visitor is followed from one visit to the next. This site uses no advertising cookie.
Why
Only to answer you and, if you apply, to organise the pilot. Your details are neither sold nor used for advertising.
Who can see it
The TICAMAC Software team. Data is stored on its servers; web traffic passes through Cloudflare and e-mails are sent through an e-mail delivery provider.
For how long
As long as needed to handle your request and follow the pilot. The exact retention period of contact details will be set before launch.
The files of your dossier (logo, photos) are deleted 90 days after your request is closed, or after 180 days without activity if no site was created. When your salon is created, they move into your salon space. These periods are provisional and may be adapted after legal review; you can ask for your files to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data through the contact form.
Salon sites
Requests and messages sent from a salon’s site are processed for that salon, which is responsible for them; SILVORYX hosts and delivers them on its behalf.
